  • All items must be returned in the condition they were received: not used, washed, or altered, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns of underwear, bodysuits, socks, and tights are not allowed.
  • Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the items. Special conditions apply for size exchanges or store credit for merchandise exchange where the returns are free.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the item is returned without its original packaging, the return will not be accepted.
  • Customer returns must exclusively use the return label provided by the seller (except for Non-European Countries).
  • For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Norway, additional customs duties may apply to standard shipping costs if the return documents are not properly signed. For any doubts, contact the  Customer Service.
  • The customer loses benefits and discounts (e.g., free shipping for orders over €180 in Italy and €260 in Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom) granted if such benefits and discounts no longer apply to the order value net of the return.

Return shipping costs are as follows depending on whether it is a REFUND, SIZE EXCHANGE, or MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE managed with a STORE CREDIT. These costs will be deducted directly from the refund.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, send an email to our Customer Service at contact@studiobrunelli.it within 14 days from the date the parcel was delivered to you, indicating your Name, Surname, Order Number and Return reason.

The goods need to be returned at client charge, with all duty and cost already paid, in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging within 14 days to Pietro Brunelli Milano:

In case the transport or duty is charged to our company this amount will be deducted from the refund.

EASY SIZE EXCHANGE AND MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

Did you buy an item that is too small or too large? Would you like to replace it with another item? Don't worry, you can opt for a size exchange or merchandise exchange with a STORE CREDIT! You'll have COMPLETELY FREE return costs (excluding orders from Switzerland, Norway, and the UK) and 14 days to think about it!

If the requested size is not available, a store credit of equal value will be issued, redeemable within 12 months of issuance for new purchases on the website pehublpe.com

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

To proceed with a Return or Size Exchange or request store credit for a Merchandise Exchange, click the following return link button and follow the instructions. For any doubts or needs, you can contact Customer Service via email or by calling +39 02 49539790 from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

 

 

 REFUND FOR RETURNS

The refund will be confirmed via email as soon as the items are received and inspected (see return conditions). Used or stained items will not be accepted.

  • Refunds for returns will be made through the same channel used for payment – PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer in the case of purchases made via cash on delivery or bank transfer. In this case, it is important to provide your bank details via email.
  • The refund will be issued in the same currency used for payment.
  • If the purchase was made with a Gift Card, a new Gift Card of the same value will be issued.
  • We will process the refund within 15 days of receiving the returned item. The processing time required to get the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.

  • If you purchased with a discount voucher and made a partial return, you will receive a new discount voucher proportional to the return value.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the purchased and delivered product does not comply with the order confirmation (size or color error, defective product), the customer will be entitled to a replacement product at no additional cost, according to the following procedure.

The customer must send an email to our Customer Service indicating the date and order number, and in case of return for defect, must also attach an image of the defective or damaged product. A return label will be sent, which must be visibly affixed to the outside of the package.

The merchandise must then be returned in the same condition as received, complete with all elements, in the original packaging, within 14 business days of receipt.

Upon verification of the return, we will ship a new item as a replacement. If a replacement item is unavailable, the return will be refunded.
